elsa products are of the highest quality and feature unique craftsmanship. For this reason, we offer you both our voluntary warranty and additional security exceeding statutory requirements. We provide a three-year warranty for our pillows, a two-year warranty for covers and a ten-year warranty for our mattresses* (five years of full warranty, thereafter on a pro-rata basis) for product defects and sagging mattresses. Mattresses become somewhat softer through use so normal deviations in firmness are not covered by the warranty. The prerequisite for warranty claims is preservation/presentation of the purchase receipt and proper manipulation and care of the products.
